Flemington Powersports is looking for a Full-Time Service Writer who is passionate about the Powersports Industry and who LOVES working with people! Organizational and communication skills are a MUST.
Previous service writer experience is not needed.
All necessary training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answering customer questions & service phone calls -Create, maintain & build repair orders -File warranty claims -Schedule appointments -Review repairs with customers -Track parts, take parts orders & monitor repair order progress -Calculate charges and process payments -Work with insurance companies (estimates, repair photos, etc.
) -Entering customer & vehicle information into internal database If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! Pay based on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
