Greet and assist customers who enter the facility Answer incoming calls and inquires and direct calls to the appropriate department/person Assume responsibility for cash register to ensure that all amounts are correct Print receipts for customers, reconcile billing problems, issue refunds, and answer questions related to the cost of services Assist with general front desk clerical duties as needed Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Previous experience in a customer service-related fields welcomed, but not required Ability to perform basic math Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns and build rapport with clients Extraverted and friendly attitude Prompt and courteous demeanor With 41
