Instructional Assistant This position is for an Instructional Assistant to work with the HCESC Work First New Jersey program.
This program is designed to provide successful strategies to assist adults to transition from welfare to work.
Learners will be seen both individually and in groups.
Responsibilities include participating in workshops, working with individuals to reinforce learning of skills, administering standardized tests, and other clerical duties such as attendance reports, data entry and telephone outreach.

? Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills including, but not limited to, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
