Administrative Nursing Supervisor

Position Summary Responsible for supervision and coordination of nursing staff to assure the provision of safe and effective care on the evening and night shifts.
Supports and interprets the mission, philosophy and objectives of HMC and the Department of Nursing.
Practices within the framework of shared governance, represents administration for problem solving and decision making and supports the tenets of magnet designation.
Primary Position Responsibilities Human Resources Management Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing Liaison between Nursing and Other departments within the healthcare system.
Patient and family advocate (patient centered care) Maintain Professional Development Assure patient safety Qualifications Minimum Education:
Required:
BSN is required Preferred:
Master's degree in nursing Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Required:
Five years acute care experience Preferred:
One year experience in nursing leadership License, Registry or Certification:
Required:
Current NJ RN licensure, CPR and Crisis Prevention (CPI) training.
Preferred:
Certification in Nursing Administration.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
Required:
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to identify problems and resolve them using a systems approach.
Computer literate.
Recommended Skills Administration Cpr Computer Literacy Customer Service Decision Making Governance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
