$18-25 per hour Head Age Group Coach Hours:
Weekday evenings and some weekends, outside of business hours Head Age Group Coach
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the coaching, training, and developing our swim team members Encouraging swimmers throughout the season by helping to set and attain positive and achievable goals Ensuring the supervision and safety of swimmers Evaluating team members and recording progress in practice and at meets Management of administrative functions related to the Swim Team Head Age Group Coach
Qualifications:
Are 18 years of age or older Have knowledge of and experience in competitive swimming Have 2
years of experience working with children (professional, volunteer, or familial) Can be a positive role model for our swimmers Are able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided) Head Age Group Coach
