We would also be interested in identifying an intelligent highly motivated candidate with a great personality and approach to learning.
We have a 3 month on the job training avaialbe for the right candidate even if you currently lack significant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures - Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies - Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient information in electronic health records - Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers - Perform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting and processing specimens - Perform X-rays under the supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist - Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow in the clinic
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of a medical assistant training program or equivalent experience - Certification as a medical assistant Cardiology experience preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Note:
