Responsibilities Opening/closing the retail store Assisting customers on sales floor and during checkout process Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times Develop and maintain a schedule for part-time retail store employees Implement a plan for promotions centered on holidays Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure store is properly stocked Create inventory reports and implement purchasing plans Seek ways to promote the store, the product lines and overall services within the store (i.
