Maintains intake and patient data.
Gathers and scores all patient information and assessment tools, ensuring complete data is obtained prior toappointment.
Refers intakes to Office supervisor for triage to appropriate physicianPrimary Position Responsibilities1.
Conducts new patient intakes.
