This part-time position is for Saturday from 11pm-7am on-site in Flemington, NJ.
Additional shifts may become available.
You will be responsible for answering calls, opening support tickets and either provide direct support or contact the appropriate application or engineering on call staff.
This is an onsite part time position.
Ideal for a help desk professional who wants to make extra money.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with network, computer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Active Directory administration for credential creation, password resets and resolving user profile issues Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Help Desk Support Analyst Previous experience supporting Healthcare environments and systems is preferred but not required Knowledge of Google's G Suite use and administration is a plus Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
