Greet and consult with the customer on applicable service needsPerform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicleDocument declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changesBuild and maintain relationship with the customerQualifications include but are not limited to:
Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting requiredStrong communication skills to deal with customers and employeesProficient computer skillsPositive, can-do attitudeMUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and proceduresWith 52

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
